Delivered
Mayfair
Sus, Pune
Sus is a good address today. It was not one in 2016.
Mayfair was delivered nine years ago, sixteen homes across five floors on the edge of the hills, at a time when this stretch was recommended by very few and understood by even fewer. Two bedroom residences on a single plot, sold out on completion.
The neighbourhood grew up around it. The building grew into the neighbourhood.
Handed over. Lived in. Still standing up to scrutiny.
